Herd Health Routine visits to the farm to evaluate the overall health status of your beef or dairy herd. These visits may include regular vaccination administration, dehorning of calves, castrating bulls, checking for pregnancies, and treating sick cattle.
Reproduction We are equipped with the most up-to-date portable ultrasound machine to determine pregnancy in your cows and heifers as early as 26 days after breeding and determine the sex of the calf between 55-75 days after breeding. Using the ultrasound also allows us to determine where each individual cow is in her cycle to better plan for breeding or implement an effective hormone sync program, as well as diagnose any abnormalities that may keep her from becoming pregnant. We are also trained and equipped to aid in dystocias or abnormal calvings of any sort, including those in need of fetotomies or C-sections.
Nutrition Thorough evaluation and consultation of your herd's ration to
establish the most balanced and efficient diet for your cattle.
