Our VCPR Statement
We provide regular and emergency services to those with active veterinarian-client-patient relationships, which can be thoroughly defined here. In accordance of our VCPR, our services are not guaranteed to you if you have not been seen in the last 12 months (on a non-emergent basis) and if you have not (or will not) be having your annual vaccines and health exams completed by the Tri-State team. We are available 24/7 for emergencies for clients. Emergencies during office hours will be charged an urgent fee, and all after-hours emergencies will be charged a tiered emergency fee.
