What is Telemedicine?
Not every concern warrants an on-site farm visit. Because of this, we now offer telemedicine consultations with our doctors. This service saves you time and money while ensuring that you are receiving the most accurate information. As the primary healthcare team for your livestock and equine, we take pride in staying up to date on the newest research, treatments, protocols, and products. No need for Dr. Google when you can just as easily ask your veterinarian!

How Does it Work?
Like all our services, you must be a current client to qualify, please see our VCPR Statement for more information on this policy. As a client, you can call in or email us with your questions or concerns. You can also reach out through this website by requesting an appointment. Photos, videos, and details are very beneficial. Our triage team will consult with the veterinarians to determine if your concerns need to be examined in person or if we can appropriately address your needs by phone call or email. Once this has been determined, our receptionist will have one of the doctors email you when available, or will schedule a time with you to receive a phone call. Not every problem can be fixed with a single conversation, we may request a follow-up consultation appointment or an actual farm visit in the future to ensure our plan is effective.  If you have a veterinary emergency, please call the clinic at 860-459-0986.
